Refund policy
Our products are uniquely crafted with choice hardwoods. Products made from wood are not uniform. They are color changes, texture variations, different grain patterns, knots in the wood that make a one-of-a-kind item. No two products are alike. Celebrate the inconsistencies as “added” character to the piece.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day return or exchange policy from date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When you contact us, provide us the name shown on the order, the order number, the order date and reason for return. We will email you instructions for completing your return. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Falconi Woodworks does not assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All personalized sales are final after the purchased items are released by Falconi Woodworks [“We”] to the shipping company or the customer. We are not responsible for any damage to the product after the items have been released. If something gets damaged in transit, the customer will need to file an insurance claim with the shipping company, then contacting us to reorder the item as the best route forward.
If your item arrives damaged, we encourage you to photograph the shipping carton, product box and any damage to the item itself. Do not throw away the box or damaged goods. Incorrect items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or defective, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at info@falconiwoodworks.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
